  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.

2. Perishable and Custom Products

  • Perishable Items: Cancellation requests will not be accepted for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.

  • Refund or Replacement: If the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is substandard, a refund or replacement may be processed.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.

  • The request will be entertained only after the merchant verifies and confirms the issue.

  • If the product received does not match the description or expectations, it must be reported to Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service team will take an appropriate decision.

4. Products with Manufacturer Warranty

  • For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to refer issues directly to the manufacturer.

5. Subscription Fees

  • Cancellation of Subscriptions: Subscription fees will not be refunded once the subscription period has started.

  • If a subscription is canceled before the start date, a full refund will be issued.

  • In case of technical issues or non-delivery of subscribed services, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3-5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to the original payment method.

  • Any delays beyond this timeframe should be reported to our Customer Service team for further assistance.
